My experience at the accommodation was not good. It is overpriced for the service received. For instance, it was promised that coffee and monthly breakfasts would be included in our rent. During my three-month stay, breakfast was provided only once, and we often ran low on coffee. The app didn't function well, and the company frequently sought extra payments due to unresolved technical issues. It took over three weeks to receive a reimbursement for an extra payment caused by their app, which remains unfixed. I would not recommend this service unless you need temporary accommodation with low expectations.
I’m about to move into a cohab and so far, the experience has been really positive. They provided support throughout my search for the right place. My contact was incredibly helpful: he sent me numerous options until I found the perfect one and even accompanied me to view several houses. The entire process was smooth and straightforward thanks to his assistance. So far, I’m very satisfied!
Great concept and community! However, the service quality is lacking, especially considering the price, and there seems to be little effort to improve it. Staff are often unresponsive, making it the customers' responsibility to push for solutions, some of which have remained unresolved for months, like a persistent unpleasant odor affecting the entire house.
The accommodations were far from what was promised. There were safety concerns, unannounced entries, disruptive parties, poor internet access, and a mix of age groups despite the premises being advertised for over 30’s. Additionally, there was a serious bed bug issue that forced tenants to frequently leave the house. These ongoing disruptions were in stark contrast to what was promised.
Good for short stays. I found the move-in requirements easy and convenient, and the furnished setup was excellent. I met many wonderful people, and the service was good initially. However, after about six months, the quality of service declined, and there were many new residents. Living with over 37 different people in a year and a half was overwhelming. Additionally, construction started with minimal notice, causing many staff entries without warning. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive, as I had a place when I needed it. It's great for short stays but not recommended for longer periods.
My two-month stay was incredibly disappointing. Despite the appealing images online, the reality was far from what was promised. The private room was in poor condition: the pinboard was broken, walls marked with stains, and the heating barely functional. The shared spaces were also lacking. The TV room had worn-out cushions, and old items left by previous tenants cluttered the house, not matching the images online. The kitchen was particularly bad: flies were present everywhere, and my own space was handed over dirty. I even suspected mold in my room, leading to a severe allergic reaction. Despite multiple requests, I received no compensation. While the app and organizational structures looked good in theory, they did not meet real-life expectations.
