I recently dined at the Boston Market in El Cajon, California and there CLEARLY been a change in management! I could. It believe the lack of flavor, poor quality of the food, and despicable customer service. In times past, I always order my food to go and have no problems when I get home. That was not the case my last visit. EVERYTHING ordered was poor quality: the meatloaf was dry and without flavor, the sweet potato casserole recipe was modified to a heap of mush with no sugar and no richness. The food looked like it hadn’t been turned over in quite some time and the corn muffins were brittle and dry. There is NO reason I should have to spend my hard earned money on overpriced food just to get low quality and tasteless food!!! I! AM! APPALLED! I was a food inspector in my precious career and could tell from the unkempt employees that the quality of food had diminished!
