I ordered our dinner on Bostonmarket.com 1/5/19 from our local Boston Market in Marietta, Ga. I went to pick up our meal and it was not ready. I was told that the online ordering was not working and that I would be refunded the $46.09 that I had paid online automatically for the meal. I went ahead and ordered food there again. I was charged $57.00 there in the store for our dinner. I went back the following day because I was double charged according to my account. I was told that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days and if I wasn't refunded back to come back at the end of the week. I go back the following weekend 1/12/19 to Boston Market because I still had not been refunded yet. Boston Market is gone. The signs are gone, the store is now empty, and I have been left without a refund or any place to go to in order to get one. I have been a loyal customer for years and completely left hanging. If a location is going to close, turn off the online ordering. Otherwise people get screwed. There is nowhere to turn. You are just out. One family meal for 5 cost $103.09. Sadly, it didn't even have the gravy. I work hard to provide for my family too. I don't appreciate the lack of respect and integrity.
