I genuinely loved the products. Unfortunately, a negative experience has made me reluctant to buy again. I received a gift from my elderly father, but it was the wrong cap and didn’t fit. We returned it, but the credit was sent only to the original email address, not the recipient's. My father is struggling to find the credit email, and we have a limited time to use it. As a result, we will dispute the charge and avoid future purchases. Other services handle gifts without issues. Although the cap was returned and received, all I hear now are excuses about customer care. This has left me quite frustrated.
