DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Even if they are the ones that made the mistake and did not include the pin in their packaging box, they want to charge an eight dollar fee for a refund for something I never received! There is NO PHONE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Appreciation for products overshadowed by a negative experience

I genuinely admire the products. However, a disappointing experience has made me hesitant to purchase again. A gift from my elderly father turned out to be the wrong cap that didn’t fit. After returning it, the credit was only sent to the original email, leaving my father unable to locate it. We have limited time to use the credit, which has led us to dispute the charge and reconsider future purchases. Other services handle gifts without issues, while all I hear now are excuses about customer care. This has left me feeling quite frustrated.

Disappointing experience has soured my opinion

I genuinely loved the products. Unfortunately, a negative experience has made me reluctant to buy again. I received a gift from my elderly father, but it was the wrong cap and didn’t fit. Frustrating exchange process

I ordered a hat for my husband for Christmas after seeing their holiday advertising. Unfortunately, the hat was too small, and when I requested an exchange after opening it on Christmas, the company denied my request after several emails. They stated my order was placed too early and outside their exchange window. While I understand the policies, I would have appreciated some flexibility since I was not looking to return it but simply to exchange it. Researching policies for different merchants can be challenging during the holidays, and it seems the company is unwilling to accommodate future customers.

Unhelpful customer service experience

I got a hat for Christmas and sized it according to their recommendations, but it was too big. I contacted the company immediately to exchange it for the correct size, only to be told I was past their return/exchange window. They didn’t care that it was a gift and even stated they don’t guarantee gifts. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a smaller hat. I advise thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Frustrating order fulfillment experience

I had a terrible customer service experience with a purchase over $200. I ordered multiple items, but only received the caps and one pin. I reached out hoping for a quick resolution, but was instead asked to search the box and surrounding area for the missing item. After confirming it wasn’t there, I was asked to send pictures of the box and packing materials. The company seems to make it difficult to resolve issues instead of providing straightforward customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Return policy issues

I bought three hats that were all too big, so I went online to return them. They have a 14-day refund policy, but the only option available was to request a gift card instead of a refund. After emailing them for a refund and returning the hats, they insisted I could only receive a gift card because of my selection. I’ve filed a chargeback with my credit card company and will warn others about their misleading practices.

Lack of customer service support

I received a hat 30 days past their return window (a Christmas gift from my mother), and they simply said it was too late, offering no store credit or alternatives. The hat doesn’t fit, so I will be donating it. Most reputable companies at least attempt to facilitate exchanges or provide some form of store credit. It’s disappointing to see others have had similar experiences.

Caution advised when ordering

I purchased a hat and received a tracking number that FedEx claimed was canceled by the shipper. The only way to contact the company is via email, which raises concerns. They mentioned the wrong tracking number was used but didn’t provide the correct one. I paid for expedited shipping, yet a week later, I’m still waiting. I’m beginning to lose hope of receiving either the hat or my money back. While I received the hat eventually, its quality doesn’t justify the price, and the shipping claims feel misleading.
