I had a terrible customer service experience with a purchase over $200. I ordered multiple items, but only received the caps and one pin. I reached out hoping for a quick resolution, but was instead asked to search the box and surrounding area for the missing item. After confirming it wasn’t there, I was asked to send pictures of the box and packing materials. The company seems to make it difficult to resolve issues instead of providing straightforward customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
