I bought three hats that were all too big, so I went online to return them. They have a 14-day refund policy, but the only option available was to request a gift card instead of a refund. After emailing them for a refund and returning the hats, they insisted I could only receive a gift card because of my selection. I’ve filed a chargeback with my credit card company and will warn others about their misleading practices.
