I received a hat 30 days past their return window (a Christmas gift from my mother), and they simply said it was too late, offering no store credit or alternatives. The hat doesn’t fit, so I will be donating it. Most reputable companies at least attempt to facilitate exchanges or provide some form of store credit. It’s disappointing to see others have had similar experiences.
