Caution advised when ordering

I purchased a hat and received a tracking number that FedEx claimed was canceled by the shipper. The only way to contact the company is via email, which raises concerns. They mentioned the wrong tracking number was used but didn’t provide the correct one. I paid for expedited shipping, yet a week later, I’m still waiting. I’m beginning to lose hope of receiving either the hat or my money back. While I received the hat eventually, its quality doesn’t justify the price, and the shipping claims feel misleading.
