Whilst their products are amazing, their customer service is terrible ( I believe the three owners run the customer service side)I’ve never known a set people so arrogant and so unwilling to help when something is their fault, especially Joseph. He literally sends you a couple of words reply when you have a genuine enquiry or are missing a parcel.It’s a shame because they have the potential to be such an amazing company, I don’t believe in “the customer is always right” bull, but their customer service side lacks massively.
