Unreliable service.

Unreliable service. I personally avoid engaging with any service that is eager to sell a product but shies away from taking responsibility for its actions. While they may appear professional, don't be misled by their deceptive marketing. Their competence is questionable at best, and their behavior is unacceptable at worst.

Unreliable company.

Unreliable company. Personally, I avoid doing business with any organization that sells products without taking responsibility for their actions. The company presents a professional image, but don’t be deceived by their flashy marketing. They are incompetent at best, and at worst, they are truly unpleasant individuals.

Awful company, steer clear...

Awful company, steer clear at all costs. Orders were canceled, yet they refuse to issue a refund. There were no explanations given for the cancellations.

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable. They canceled my order without any explanation. When I inquired about the cancellation, a representative responded curtly, 'Why do you think?' I sought clarification but received no further communication. Extremely unprofessional. This is the worst company I’ve encountered while shopping. Avoid them at all costs.

Excellent!

I’m puzzled by all the negative feedback. I’ve been a customer for a while and have ordered numerous prints. Occasionally, delivery takes longer than expected when pre-ordering, but patience is key. It’s worth the wait. I’m a satisfied customer.

Strange customer service experience

I purchased an acrylic print from another seller and asked for framing recommendations due to its 3D nature. They suggested a company, which I chose despite the high cost. I trust the seller based on past experiences. The item arrived with noticeable damage. Their response was dismissive and rude, demanding I destroy the frame before receiving a refund or replacement. This approach feels disrespectful to customers already frustrated by receiving a damaged item. It appears that many others have faced similar issues with unprofessional communication and being blocked. This situation feels quite bizarre.

Fantastic Art and Service.

Fantastic art and excellent customer service. I appreciate the screenprints and giclees they offer. They feature a great lineup of artists, and the lenticular and acrylic posters they’re expanding are impressive. Their email responses are prompt, and they are accommodating with requests.

Long preorders, no refunds or cancellations

This company is exploiting the system. They intentionally release items over 90 days in advance, circumventing payment protections. High-priced items are sold well before their release, essentially giving them interest-free loans. If they fail to deliver, customers lose all protection after 90 days.

Avoid spending your money here; the individual in charge is a bully. Even the artists are not fond of this place but continue to work with them for exposure. Stay away; they are untrustworthy.

They take your money but cancel orders

They repeatedly cancel my orders after taking my payment and confirming the orders. I waste my time trying to purchase items, and now five consecutive orders have been canceled without any communication. They do not respond to emails or messages. This business appears quite shady, and I’ve given them multiple chances, yet they continue to disappoint.
