Terrible customer service. Found a better pair at a better price and began the return process of unopened box. Had to provide photos, explanation, return tracking number, pay for return of item and they still withheld "restocking fee". Must have had at least 4 threads of emails with them before they even pointed that out. DON'T BUY! If you're not satisfied, you will pay. There are too many other better ear buds on the market.
