When I notified the company WITHIN 14 DAYS this is their response: Regarding the refund, please note the following: Defective Units: We will provide a full refund for any earbuds that our inspection team confirms are defective. Non-Defective/Change of Mind: For earbuds that were not opened, the return is treated as a "change of mind." In these cases, we provide a partial refund. This amount excludes original service fees, shipping, fulfillment costs, and any ancillary charges from the initial purchase. The final refund amount will be calculated by our warehouse and refund team once the physical inspection is complete. IN OTHER WORDS WE MIGHT REFUND YOU $5 IF YOU ARE LUCKY!

I have asked Boudio to cancel the order as the earbuds have not arrived in time to give as a birthday gift. There has been one response which doesn't relate to my request, then nothing. Bad customer service!

A scam

I ordered earbuds july 30th.Its now august 13th and they are still in transit. I tried to get in contact with customerservive but no response.Do not buy from this company, they don’t deliver!!!

Please dont waste your money

The product is not up to the mark. No noice cancellation. Cheap Quality. £60 for this item is a waste. Apple pods are so much better. The reviews here dont seem to be genuine. I can’t even return because the product is not faulty or if appeared on a discount. So basically, if you bought it you are stuck with it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Found a better pair at a better price and began the return process of unopened box. Had to provide photos, explanation, return tracking number, pay for return of item and they still withheld "restocking fee". Must have had at least 4 threads of emails with them before they even pointed that out. DON'T BUY! If you're not satisfied, you will pay. There are too many other better ear buds on the market.
