As a first-time buyer, I tried to purchase a heated blanket. A few days later, I received an email requesting a video of my credit card and images of my bank statements? I attempted to reach their customer service multiple times with no answer. I left several voicemails and received no reply. I also tried contacting them via email and through social media, but there was no response. It feels like they are fishing for personal information and the whole situation seems very suspicious. I wouldn’t recommend them.
