Extremely disappointed with Boult Audio’s customer service.I purchased a pair of Boult earbuds that turned out to be defective, and I returned them for replacement. It’s been almost 2 months now, and every time I reach out to their team — whether on WhatsApp or through customer support — they give me the same generic response:"Your product is at the warehouse and will be dispatched soon."This has been the response for weeks now, with no tracking ID, no proper update, and no accountability.Despite being patient and following up multiple times, I’ve received no resolution, and they’re simply ignoring the issue now. Very poor post-sales service.I would not recommend buying from Boult if you expect after-sale support.Please look into this issue urgently.
