I bought boult mustang earphones and it is the worst thing i could have bought. I regret it so much. 1 week into the purchase its lid fell off... Can you imagine the earphones top falling out. i would carry it to gym and i dont know cause of sweat or what... it never fell nothing
I regret ever trusting Boult. These so-called “premium” Airpods are nothing but defective junk. From the first day, only the left earbud worked while the right one was useless. I thought a replacement would fix it — but Boult made me go through five replacements, wasting over a month of my time. Every single unit had the same problem.Their customer service is a nightmare — slow replies, delayed pickups, no proper support. I begged for a refund after so many failures, but they flatly denied it, hiding behind “company policy.” Basically, once they take your money, you’re stuck with faulty products.Boult doesn’t care about quality or customers — only about dumping cheap, defective products and trapping people in endless replacements. If you’re reading this, please don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your money on a brand that values customers.Boult = Zero Quality. Zero Accountability. Zero Trust.
I purchased a pair of headphones that arrived faulty. Instead of receiving a replacement after returning them, they were repaired and sent back. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing—the left joint broke after a short while, followed by the right joint. Overall, it has been a very poor experience both in terms of product quality and service.
I bought an earbuds from their own site.There is no refund I asked for replacement they took away my product I have not got the new product till now .It's been one month.One time they said that they will dispatch it within 72 hrs.After 72 hrs they are saying like they had an issue,they don't know when will the product be dispatched.Such a bad response from the company.Dont buy any product from this company.This is a genuine case.If any person of the Boult is seeing please look into this case
Extremely disappointed with Boult Audio’s customer service.I purchased a pair of Boult earbuds that turned out to be defective, and I returned them for replacement. It’s been almost 2 months now, and every time I reach out to their team — whether on WhatsApp or through customer support — they give me the same generic response:"Your product is at the warehouse and will be dispatched soon."This has been the response for weeks now, with no tracking ID, no proper update, and no accountability.Despite being patient and following up multiple times, I’ve received no resolution, and they’re simply ignoring the issue now. Very poor post-sales service.I would not recommend buying from Boult if you expect after-sale support.Please look into this issue urgently.
