I bought an earbuds from their own site.There is no refund I asked for replacement they took away my product I have not got the new product till now .It's been one month.One time they said that they will dispatch it within 72 hrs.After 72 hrs they are saying like they had an issue,they don't know when will the product be dispatched.Such a bad response from the company.Dont buy any product from this company.This is a genuine case.If any person of the Boult is seeing please look into this case
