On the positive side, I must admit that the sound output is impressive, delivering a rich and immersive audio experience. The finish of the headphones is sleek, adding a touch of sophistication, and they feel comfortable to wear, thanks to their well-designed build. Connectivity is seamless, ensuring hassle-free pairing with devices, and the noise cancellation feature works effectively to block out external distractions. However, my experience with these headphones has been marred by a few significant drawbacks. Firstly, the buds have a tendency to fall off, making them less than ideal for intense workouts or cardio sessions where stability is crucial. Moreover, I encountered a frustrating issue where the buds remained connected to my devices even when placed in the charging pod, resulting in a rapid drain of the battery. Despite attempting to charge them after the pod was completely drained, the problem persisted. Additionally, I found the pod cover to be disappointingly flimsy, already showing signs of wear and feeling loose. Overall, while the potential of these headphones is evident, my experience has been overshadowed by persistent issues that have hindered their functionality. It's possible that I received a defective unit, but the recurring problems with charging and durability have left me dissatisfied with my purchase.I initially posted the above review on the company website, but it never got published. Instead, I received an email stating that my comment would be reviewed. It seems the company is hiding the true issues with their product.After several attempts, customer service requested that I send the item back, promising to cover the courier costs. However, as I am overseas, I cannot send the product back, and no alternative solution has been provided. I also reached out to them on WhatsApp, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I have not even used the product.I urge the company to contact me directly to resolve this issue and provide a satisfactory solution for the defective product.
