Kelis has good products but, Customer Service Sucks! It makes no sense that their the only company I deal with that has such extreme shippin delays. Every where else companies are delivering packages in a timeley manner.I signed up for a subscription. My money was taken on 10/1. By 10/17 there still was no tracking# sent. So, I sent an email. No response, but on 10/19 I got a tracking#. It shows the label has been created. It is now 10/31 and no product has been shipped.Like another reviewer said, new products are constantly being promoted, but current orders are not being filled in a timely manner. I sent a follow-up email. Still no response.You shouldn't take peoples money until you are able to produce the product. Period.Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription. I will take my business where it is valued and appreciated, because this aint it. A response to my email with truth would suffice, but nothing. Really? Ok.Also, I order multiple items at the same time and instead of sending them together their sent separately and you must pay shipping for each. Another thing that makes no sense to me.
