This company is terrible. And while I do empathize with Kelis because I think some of the delays had to do with her husband being ill, if you’re open for business and taking money then you need to provide the service in a timely way. (She claimed the delays were because of COVID but at this point, that’s BS). I placed an order in January that took a full 8 weeks to arrive, and then it was poorly packed with products leaking and absolutely none of it was what was advertised and nothing worked like it was supposed to. Broke me out, all the fragrance gave me headaches and the jars themselves weren’t even completely filled. She needs to shut this operation down until she can professionalize it and be accountable. Stop taking money and delivering a subpar product. I consider the $150 I spent a “love offering”—she clearly needs that money way more than I do. Lesson learned and buyer beware.
