This company has horrible customer service. Several of my emails have gone unanswered, but the one time I did get a response, I was told they would follow up during normal business hours...which never came.They are constantly on Instagram stating they are adding new bundles and gold mine boxes and "restocking" them knowing full well there are customers who have been waiting over a month without receiving their orders. Even if a new item sounds tempting and may sell out fast, do I really want to drop another one to two hundred dollars plus additional shipping before I get what I've already purchased? They will take money from your account immediately and eventually send shipping notifications that may cause momentary excitement, but then weeks later, UPS will say the items were never in their possession. We know the company says "it's not a drive thru" so we wait some more. If and when you receive your order, you may have to spend time sifting through months of 30+ minute instagram videos to figure out how to use what you purchased because the company does not provide directions with the items or on the website. Why? Also, the company does not always state how many ounces of an item you are purchasing, you just have to wait and see that you may have just spent a bill on a tiny amount of something.If you happen to like what you purchased, you may not be able to purchase it again because many items are considered "limited edition." I don't want to get hooked on an item that I will need to replenish that is no longer available for purchase.In my opinion, the buying experience with this company is frustrating and needlessly stressful. There is so much effort put into selling the products via Instagram, but I really do wish this company would work on their customer service once the money changes hands.
