Customer service is great, but the product and delivery are terrible.
(1) the blooms look nothing like the photos
(2) the farms consistently send bad product—incorrect, damaged or diseased
(3) the farms consistently send the incorrect NUMBER of stems
(4) the price point is way too high for the product
In summary, the concept is great, the customer service is delayed but always great, but the product and delivery is consistently terrible, leading to a waste of time and resources. I’ve purchased and received 5 different BOUQS over 6 weeks and feel like I have an excellent sample size to be able to tell you to save your time and money and try a wholesaler instead.
