The roses were delivered to my DIL after the birth of their third baby. They arrived on time and are so beautiful. She divided them into 2 vases. That are now a week old and are still perfect 🌹
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with delivery flowers. I ordered flowers two weeks in advance, only to have them delivered at half the size that was advertised on their website and the flowers were completely wilted. Not just a little, but completely wilted and some were Brown. I went back and forth with three different people who assured me this was a mistake and they would make it right. I picked a new date a week later and literally the night before they email me and say oh sorry it's going to be another week. I cannot express the anger and disappointment I have with this company. They absolutely Stole My Money. Their apologies are completely empty and the three different people I spoke to via email, are completely incompetent obviously based on the results of. I wish I could post pictures so you could see the garbage they sent. This is been the most awful experience ever. Save your money and go to the dollar store. Those will be much fresher than what they delivered in my experience.
These beautiful flowers are quality! We gifted my Mother in law for Christmas, and 1 month later, she still has a small collection left! So impressed with this service and the ease of gifting. Perfect for flower lovers. My only complaint is to have an option to transfer the account to the recipient after the first delivery. Then, they can get the email, pick the delivery date and the bouqs they’d like to enjoy.

I’ve been a repeat customer with generally good results, but this Valentine’s Day was a letdown. The flowers arrived wilted and brown, seemingly past their prime from the start. For $127 and only a dozen stems, I expect freshness and care. This felt rushed, overpriced, and frankly disappointing, especially for a special occasion. I’m hoping this was a one-off, but it’s making me rethink future orders. I’m definitely going to think twice before using Bouqs for special occasions.
The website provided excellent recommendations for the occasion. It also provided options of ways to lower the cost. I did not feel overwhelmed at any point whilst making my purchase or deciding on my purchase. I have utilized them in the past and their quality is hard to beat.
We have a subscription and most orders are great. When we had a problem with our order, they responded very quickly and pleasantly even over a weekend at a busy time of year. Excellent service.
The company is great. I've used them quite a few times and it's always positive. I had an issue that wasn't their fault, snowstorm delayed delivery for a few days, but they took care of it. Recently needed to make a change and Queenie took care of it and sent me a screenshot with her reply that it was all done. Highly recommend.
Had to do quite a bit of adjusting to my order at checkout since there were so many added fees that I didn't notice on the selection pages.
I was very disappointed with some of the added fees.
