Good product and helpful service. The only mark off was that shipping procedures weren’t very clear in the email confirmation/receipt, but customer service responded quickly and professionally when asked to explain them. I would suggest adding a note about processing times to the receipt, since the shipping label is created immediately and USPS tracking makes it look like the product is stuck in transit. Nothing you can control in their system, but if you could make customers aware of that up front it would alleviate some nervousness. Otherwise very good purchasing experience and very happy with my product!
