Update 8/15/25: the customer service responded to my email regarding my missing item and sent the missing item expeditiously. Received it 2 days after making the initial email. Professional and fast! They earned the updated 5 stars!8/12/25: I received my shipment but when I opened the packaging I only received one shirt when the order I made was for 2 different shirts. There was no notification prior to the shipment being made from the company informing me that the shirt I ordered was not in stock. Hoping that the company can send me the shirt I ordered or can refund me so I may get the shirt I really want.
