I needed to return an item, and the process has been made extremely awkward. I chose the paperless return option, yet I still have to print a return slip for the package, which defeats the purpose if you lack a printer! Additionally, I can't return it in-store since I paid via a digital payment service, even though I mentioned I would accept a gift card. The staff were quite rude as well. I spend a significant amount with this company and have paid for unlimited delivery due to my regular purchases. It's disappointing that companies like this don't understand how to properly treat their customers.
