Made an appointment in store for a fitting! It was honestly amazing!! The lady brought everything she thought I would like into the dressing room for me to try on. I felt so confident and comfortable! From this I bought 2 sets in store and then bought another 2 sets online! Such a great experience and excellent customer service in store! Would highly recommended for any ladies wanting a fitting and especially those who need a little confidence boost!
The quality of the pyjamas are absolutely terrible, I have only worn my pjs for one night and the thread from the seam has started to come of, also the thread form the fabric has come of. Poor quality clothes!
The item I ordered was to big, all I wanted to do was exchange for a small a size. Same bra etc but because I used klarna can’t do a simple exchange in store. Lot more hassle than it’s worth. Won’t be ordering again
I discovered the service through an Instagram ad and decided to purchase some pyjamas along with two bralettes. I am extremely satisfied with what I received. The pyjamas are stunning, featuring cuffed legs that stay in place during the night. They are incredibly comfortable and maintain their quality after washing. The bralettes are also well-crafted and of excellent quality, washing nicely as well. I highly recommend this service and look forward to making more purchases in the future!

I am very satisfied; the fit is excellent, the quality is exceptional, and the comfort is just right. It looks absolutely stunning on.

I needed to return an item, and the process has been made extremely awkward. I chose the paperless return option, yet I still have to print a return slip for the package, which defeats the purpose if you lack a printer! Additionally, I can't return it in-store since I paid via a digital payment service, even though I mentioned I would accept a gift card. The staff were quite rude as well. I spend a significant amount with this company and have paid for unlimited delivery due to my regular purchases. It's disappointing that companies like this don't understand how to properly treat their customers.
A member of the team at the store in Cardiff was very disrespectful towards my girlfriend, making inappropriate remarks about her looks. This is completely unacceptable. I trust that this issue will be addressed and appropriate action taken.
