I contacted the seller, who insisted I return both stands instead of just replacing the damaged base. This approach shows a lack of common sense and customer service. I received a replacement, but both bases were chipped again due to the same packaging issue. Clearly, they cannot ensure proper packaging or handle replacements effectively. This is a company to avoid.
