I purchased a pair of Bower & Wilkins PX8 Headphones. They are absolutely fantatic! The sound & noise cancelling is truly amazing & they look absolutely gorgeous, with & premium build quality.

They are extremely comfortable to wear, but for the price you are paying, you would expect better/more base, has there is hardly any. Their aftersales Customer Service is a diagrace!!

Extremely rude & ingnorant staff in technical support that don't know what the hell they are doing & can't even give correct technical support, I had to resolve the problem myself.

Disgusting service, when your paying over £600 for their headphones!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing experience with a new product.

I recently acquired a product that feels like it’s destined for failure. There are no instructions, the app is ineffective, and the controls are completely confusing. It fails to connect via Bluetooth. After spending the last four hours hoping to hear any sound, I find myself completely lost with no guidance from the app or any other source. This product serves no purpose for me other than being an unattractive decoration.

An unattractive decoration, nothing more.

I recently purchased a device that seems doomed to fail. There are no instructions, the app is useless, and the controls are utterly confusing. It won’t connect via Bluetooth. After spending four hours hoping for any sound, I’m left entirely in the dark with no guidance from the app or anything else. This product is as useful to me as an unattractive ornament.

Exceptional customer support!

My experience with the customer service team was completely contrary to the negative reviews. I encountered a connectivity issue and reached out through the support section on the website. The next morning, I received a response with helpful suggestions. After a few more emails, it was determined that my device needed repair, which was handled with remarkable efficiency. They provided a shipping label and arranged for collection. Within weeks, I was updated on the repair, and my device was returned, fixed and cleaned. The entire process was seamless, exactly what I expect from high-end products. Having several items from this brand, I can attest that not only are the products excellent, but the after-sales service also matches their quality. A special thanks to the representative for her assistance!

Unresponsive support service.

The support service showed no interest in assisting me. I bought a pair of headphones that are brand new but malfunctioning. After reaching out for help, I followed their troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. They then promised to replace my faulty headphones, so I sent them back, but they claimed they never received them, despite my proof of delivery. I spent two months trying to resolve this through calls and emails, but no one seemed to care about my situation. They took my faulty headphones and refused to send the promised replacement. Beware if you’re considering purchasing products from this brand; you might not receive the service you expect.

Great sound, but disappointing features.

I got a pair of earbuds that deliver fantastic sound quality, but the overall experience is disappointing for the price. The noise cancellation is ineffective, and the touch controls are not user-friendly—other brands do it much better. Additionally, one or both earbuds frequently malfunction, necessitating a factory reset almost weekly. I wouldn't expect this level of inconvenience from such expensive earbuds.

Frustrating experience with the app.

My experience with these headphones has been frustrating. The known issue with the Android phone is that it’s very quiet over Bluetooth and USB. I downloaded their Windows app, but it fails to recognize the headphones when connected via USB. Why create an app that doesn’t work as expected?

Service quality has significantly declined.

The service quality has noticeably deteriorated. There’s no support for certain products, and the phone assistance was inadequate. When I explained my issue, the response was simply to take it to a repair center, despite it not being the correct solution. I have purchased multiple products from this brand over the years, but if this is the service level, I won’t be buying again.

The speaker’s functionality is lacking.

The speaker should be labeled as a Bluetooth device, as the accompanying app consistently fails to locate it, displaying 'No spaces found.' I returned the first speaker due to a suspected faulty WiFi card, but the replacement has the same issue. I’m with a major broadband provider, so I know the problem isn't with my router. Given the price, I cannot recommend this speaker unless used purely over Bluetooth.

Very disappointing experience.

I had a poor experience with this company. I purchased a pair of true wireless headphones some time ago. Although I intended to use them, they mostly stayed at home due to concerns about losing them. After minimal use, when I finally tried to use them, they wouldn’t function properly. They charge but only work briefly before one bud stops functioning. Since they’re out of warranty, I contacted customer support, only to be told they can’t be repaired and I would need to buy a new pair with a minor discount. This is unacceptable; they acknowledge a fault but take no responsibility. It seems like a cheap product despite the high price. My recommendation is to either avoid wasting your money or be ready for subpar quality.
