I had one of the most absurd customer service experiences I have ever had while ordering from.
My order arrived missing a pillowcase. There was only one pillowcase in the package instead of the two that were supposed to come with the set.
I contacted customer service and was initially told the missing pillowcase was being shipped. Weeks later, after hearing nothing, I followed up and was told they had no record of my previous message.
I contacted them again. At that point, they said they were working on the order and offered me a voucher. I requested the voucher but never received it.
Instead, they asked me to resubmit photos through their portal, which made no sense because you cannot exactly photograph a missing pillowcase. I still went through the process and submitted photos showing everything that was included in the order.
After that, they told me they would send a replacement. I again asked whether I could receive a voucher instead. They ignored the question. When I followed up again, they acted as though they were doing me a favor by offering 35% off a replacement pillowcase.
Then they confirmed the replacement had shipped.
Today, after months of this, I received an email saying they had “confirmed” that my original order contained two pillowcases, which it absolutely did not.
So after months of contradictory messages, ignored emails, missing vouchers, repeated photo requests, and promises that went nowhere, they now appear to be pretending the original issue never existed.
This has been one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and dishonest customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
