The navigation of Bowlift website was like a breath of fresh air. Ordering my item was made simple and checkout was a breeze. I would recommend others to trust in Bowlift, you will not be disappointed.
It was easy to order and the description of product was good ' but I think i should be asked for a review after product has been delivered ' in my experience its the delivery that let's most companies down'
I brought a realistic robotic dog for my mum who has dementia. It said its voice controlled sits walks runs etc.. All it does is bark its a load of rubbish what a terrible website its fraud to say it does all the features when it doesnt I advice not to shop from here you can get them cheaper elsewhere honestly stay away 😡😡😡😡😡I have emailed from many times all they say is send it back and they will have a look this is the 2nd one thought it was a one off. So the 2nd one comes its the same but no Screw in it seriously they are an absolute joke. Strange there all 5 stars comments don't trust them shame i have to give them 1 star if i could it would be - 5 absolute joke also same place has different prices as well for the same dog am not just saying it its a big difference and the 1st one is wanted to send it back I had to pay £90 really couldn't believe it its not even woth a £1.00 so they have you once you have brought something your trapped 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

May as well be a scam.. I ordered a product that was on the site for about $34.00.. the day shipping is free… well of course it is when you over paid $20 for the same item I found at another site for$12. I tried to return it. They say no problem, we have a great return policy.
Then they send you instructions, you have to pay shipping and jump through a bunch of hoops almost making it impossible.
I do not recommend this site and will never buy from bowlift again.
Also super sad they trying to buy reviews.
I bought a portable phone stand. It was supposed to be tiny, neat and a piece of clever engineering. It cost £27 reduced from £165!
What arrived was a piece of plastic that was worthless and useless.
When I contacted the company I heard nothing back and to return it, it needs to be sent at my expense to Canada!
Avoid this company and their terrible customer service.
Order came damaged,I contacted there customer service and they said to send them pictures of the damaged case, I did and got no response, I’ve tried contacting them 10 times and still nothing, it’s obvious they are not going to except a return, it’s more like a scam company! I would recommend this company to anyone!
Ordering goods made as simple as it can be. And in addition great customer service, as you are kept up to date about the delivery of your items.
Note: goods were dispatched within a few hours of placing order.
Ordered a Globe for my Child for her Birthday. Never arrived on time so had to buy from Amazon. When I opened the box everything was in Chinese!! Crazy. Every country, ocean you name it in Chinese. Wasn’t what I ordered at all. Quality was so poor as well. Wouldn’t purchase again. No way
The ordering process is quick and easy.
But I can see why there are some bad reviews, it does take approx 3 weeks to receive the item.
When received, the bathroom sensor bin is good. No need to touch the bin!
