Firstly, this is not a UK-based company as claimed. It's in the US and ships from abroad. They refused to take responsibility for incorrect product information online. I purchased an item advertised as USB rechargeable, but what I received was not rechargeable at all. The only resolution they offered was to return it to the US at my own cost, which would be up to $80, double the price of the product. I'm left with a useless item and out of pocket.
