No Address, No telephone number. I thought I was ordering some Night Sight Kids Binoculars from a UK company. Turns out it was Canada or maybe The Netherlands! who knows. Didn't get an order acknowledgment for a week & coming from abroad because the tracking involved a plane. Then the package was returned to sender by the courier. I contacted the company to say they were going to arrive too late for my grandsons birthday. They said I could get a full refund so I ordered another pair from a UK company. Another email same day saying they could not stop the ordering process now & was told I would need to pay the return carriage of between £20-£80 as per their 'T's & C's (the gift was only around £50) . I contested this saying I has already been offered a full refund and that the SIM card was not enclosed with the binoculars. They were full of apologies,helpfulness & understanding in their very polite emails of which there was many trying to get me to accept the goods with different discounts all of which meant I would need to spend more money with them. The binoculars were very poor quality 'Chinese tat' at best. I held my ground and received a full refund but ended up paying £14 to return to their Netherlands office.
