I bought a portable phone stand. It was supposed to be tiny, neat and a piece of clever engineering. It cost £27 reduced from £165!
What arrived was a piece of plastic that was worthless and useless.
When I contacted the company I heard nothing back and to return it, it needs to be sent at my expense to Canada!
