This experience was unacceptable. The delivery was mishandled, and customer service was frustrating. My order was marked as delivered, but the photo showed it left at an unrelated entrance. Despite searching and checking with management, I couldn't find it. I hope the company improves collaboration with their delivery partners to prevent such issues in the future. I can't comment on the product since it was never received, but I hope future customers have a better experience.
