Extremely disappointing experience

If I could give this a zero, I would. They take weeks to respond to emails and then inform me that they are charging for shipping to me as well as for returning the product, along with a restocking fee.

An excellent family game that everyone enjoys!

This is an excellent product for family playtime! My kids absolutely love it, and even our dog gets thrilled watching us. I did encounter a problem with a broken string, but the support team was outstanding—responsive and quick to send a replacement. It's also a fantastic gift idea!

Regret not checking the reviews before buying.

I regret not checking the reviews before making this purchase. Like many others, I was led to believe that my order would arrive before the holiday season. I placed my order on the 13th, yet I have received no updates on shipping. This was intended as a holiday gift, but I had to find an alternative since it never arrived. The communication has been nonexistent, and my shipping status still shows ‘preparing your parcel at pickup.’ I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Christmas Order Disappointment

I placed an order for Christmas on December 14th and still haven't received it. The only support available is a bot for any inquiries! They have well-known personalities promoting this product. I'm curious about the ownership of the company. Overall, it feels like a scam.

Poor quality item and frustrating customer support.

This item is of very low quality. Additionally, reaching customer support was challenging. They stated that the delivery would occur in 4 days, but it actually took 3 weeks. I requested a refund right after buying, but they claimed it had already been shipped and provided a tracking number that didn’t work. I tried to return it, but the policy only allowed returns 14 days post-purchase, and it didn’t even arrive within that timeframe. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Avoid this overpriced product.

Poor support. Order placed 20 days ago, still missing!

I placed an order and was told it had shipped, but the tracking number indicates it doesn't exist. I contacted support via email and the website's contact form, but after five days, I still haven't received a reply. Very disappointing delivery and support experience

This experience was unacceptable. The delivery was mishandled, and customer service was frustrating. My order was marked as delivered, but the photo showed it left at an unrelated entrance. Product not delivered as promised

The tracking number showed my order was still being processed 12 days after I placed it. I inquired about the estimated arrival, and days later, I received a response claiming it had been delivered, but the tracking info doesn't even correspond to a real delivery. This feels like a scam.
