I ordered underwear and swimsuits eight months ago, and it took nearly two months to receive my order. They sent the wrong sizes and colors. Although customer service initially responded quickly, they only sent a replacement for the underwear. After multiple emails, I was promised the correct swimsuits, but four weeks later, I received the wrong items again. After eight months and many emails, I still haven't received what I ordered.
