I bought a bundle that came with 5 pair with 2 free pair. They are really comfortable but 4-5 pair have ripped in between the leg area. I've contacted customer support with no resolution. Don't waste your money on this product.
I placed an order November 2025 hl, they sent two different sizes, I sent a email, got a response fast! They said don’t worry, just cover shipping and we will replace with the correct size ,
Now it is Feb, 2036 and still waiting, every email is the same, saying don’t worry they are just busy and will be ship soon, always by Julie, phone number goes to voice mail! Would not recommend to anyone!
Do not order other these thieves they have taken my mo etc sent the wrong order then taken more money for me to change my order and are refusing to send my replacement i will never recommend this bunch of shisters

I initiated an exchange in August 2025 as there were holes in the boxer briefs after only a few months of use. It is January 25, 2026. Still no product, despite paying $9.95 additional in shipping.

What occurred:
During the checkout, I encountered upsell offers (discount items and monthly subscriptions). I selected “NO” for both and proceeded to confirm my order.
Their checkout system UNEXPECTEDLY added the declined items and DOUBLED my order without my consent.
My attempts to resolve it:
Within minutes, I: ∙ Tried to cancel through their platform ∙ Sent an email requesting cancellation ∙ Replied to the order confirmation asking for cancellation ∙ Replied to the shipping confirmation also requesting cancellation
Their response: ∙ Ignored all emails until after shipping ∙ Sent the incorrect order anyway ∙ Refused to provide a prepaid return label ∙ Expected ME to cover return shipping for THEIR mistake ∙ Will only “decide on my refund” AFTER I pay for shipping

I ordered the underwear online and washed them for safety before wearing. Unfortunately, they shrunk two sizes. I reached out to the support team, but they were unhelpful. I placed an order in August and really liked the underwear, but they sent the wrong size. They promised to send the correct size along with a twenty-five dollar gift card, but I have yet to receive either. I won't be ordering from them again.
The sizes of the products varied significantly. I compared pairs and found them to be mismatched within the same package. After returning the items and providing tracking information, I was asked for a photo of the products upon their arrival. However, I still haven't received my refund. It seems like they might be delaying to avoid processing it.
I ordered underwear and swimsuits eight months ago, and it took nearly two months to receive my order. They sent the wrong sizes and colors. Although customer service initially responded quickly, they only sent a replacement for the underwear. After multiple emails, I was promised the correct swimsuits, but four weeks later, I received the wrong items again. After eight months and many emails, I still haven't received what I ordered.
