I ordered the underwear online and washed them for safety before wearing. Unfortunately, they shrunk two sizes. I reached out to the support team, but they were unhelpful. I've been trying to get a replacement for over 30 days, and the hassle isn’t worth it. They don't seem to stand behind their product, and their treatment of dissatisfied customers is rude and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from this company again due to the poor quality of the product and the terrible customer service. I could mention the names of those I interacted with, but I’ll wait to see if there is any resolution.
