ONE STAR - Misleading Checkout and Poor Customer Support
AVOID THIS SERVICE
What occurred:
During the checkout, I encountered upsell offers (discount items and monthly subscriptions). I selected “NO” for both and proceeded to confirm my order.
Their checkout system UNEXPECTEDLY added the declined items and DOUBLED my order without my consent.
My attempts to resolve it:
Within minutes, I: ∙ Tried to cancel through their platform ∙ Sent an email requesting cancellation ∙ Replied to the order confirmation asking for cancellation ∙ Replied to the shipping confirmation also requesting cancellation
Their response: ∙ Ignored all emails until after shipping ∙ Sent the incorrect order anyway ∙ Refused to provide a prepaid return label ∙ Expected ME to cover return shipping for THEIR mistake ∙ Will only “decide on my refund” AFTER I pay for shipping
This is a scam:
The checkout process is crafted to mislead you into purchasing more than intended. When confronted, they deny responsibility and demand that YOU pay to correct THEIR error.
No phone support - only email, which they ignore.
Complaint Filed
I’ve submitted a formal complaint regarding deceptive trade practices and initiated a chargeback with my credit card.
