I bought directly from the seller. The sizing was completely incorrect, and the shorts were far too large. I reached out to the support team via email. They responded promptly and seemed to address my concerns, BUT the replacement items were never dispatched. They kept delaying, and after several more emails, I contacted my credit card provider for a refund. I will NEVER shop directly again.
