Sizing problems and poor follow-up

I purchased directly from the company. The sizing was significantly incorrect, and the shorts were excessively large. I reached out to the support team via email. They replied quickly and assured me of assistance, but the replacement items were never sent. After several more emails with no resolution, I contacted my credit card provider, who issued a refund. I will not make another direct purchase.

Still waiting after 2 months

It’s been over 2 months, and I have yet to receive my product. In fact, it doesn't even appear in their tracking system. I suspect this company might not be legitimate, as their support email is now bouncing back.

Disappointed with the purchase

I intended to get these for my husband. They arrived about 6 weeks later, and he didn’t like them. He prefers the access panel, which these lack. Contacting this company is nearly impossible. They keep sending me more products each month, and I can’t cancel a subscription I didn’t even know I was signed up for. I plan to report this to my credit card company to stop the shipments. Terrible product and customer service.

Terrible company with awful customer service

I can assure you that any positive feedback is likely from the company itself. This is a dishonest company with the absolute worst customer service! They advertise a '45-day money-back guarantee, free returns, NO QUESTIONS ASKED,' yet when you attempt to return an item, you are ignored. The customer service number connects to someone with limited English skills, and they keep repeating that they will forward your request. When pressed for details, they hang up. Their email responses are just as frustrating, offering convoluted solutions that ultimately benefit them. I strongly advise against doing business with this company!

Significant issues with this company

I encountered major issues with this company. I placed an order on October 27th. It arrived, but they short-shipped it, sending only 2 out of 10 items. After providing feedback with photos, they agreed to send the remaining items. However, after that, there was no follow-up—just empty promises. To date, I've received nothing, and all my messages have gone unanswered. Now, I can’t even contact them. This feels like another online scam. Be cautious!

They responded promptly and seemed to address my concerns, BUT the replacement items were never dispatched. Complete scam!

I just filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. This company is absurd. I bought underwear on October 8, and the product was poorly made and too small, so I asked for a refund. I returned the unused product in its original packaging, paid for the return shipping, and now, two months later, I still haven’t received my refund. The brand has become unresponsive.

Reflections after reading reviews

I just wanted to draw attention. The reviews here mirror the experiences I had. I contacted both the EU and California branches with emails and found a phone number through a blog. Given the similarities in reviews and responses, I wonder if we are communicating with an AI. I paid for reshipment and provided my sizes, only to learn they are out of stock. My replacement will be swim trunks. As another review indicated, buying from social media sellers can lead to poor service. My patience is wearing thin. In the future, I plan to buy items one at a time instead of multiple at once. If I return, I’ll seek a local store that produces the items.

Avoid ordering from them

Do not waste your money ordering from this company. They took my money, and I still haven’t received anything. Now, they are not responding to my emails at all. I've reached out to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card provider for a refund. I even paid for a VIP service that promised priority handling, yet according to tracking, my item hasn’t moved since June 23. It hasn’t even shipped! AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you want to lose your money.
