I love the product and my first order was perfect. Unfortunately the second order I received the wrong size. Customer service immediately responded to my email and indicated that someone would be getting back to me with a resolution soon. However it's been a week and no further update. This should not be complicated, just send me the size I ordered. Great product but disappointed in the complaint response.
