I like the feel, comfort, and that they stay in place. I'm highly disappointed with the leg length. I expected boxer length legs as pictured and, instead, I got boy shorts with less than an inch below the buddy pocket.

I've ordered 6 pack deal when it was on sale. My ordee was for "L" but they shipped to me "XXL". When I contacted there costumer service, she kept dragging me with discussion and finally agreed to ship me a replacement. However, it has two months and up to this day they have not shared a tracking number for shippment or share any details regarding the replacement. Despite my continuous contact there was no progress. My purchase is useless because its oversize.

Boxhero is a fake company when it comes to customer service and refunds. I sent in my unused product and followed instructions perfectly for the refund. That was over two months ago. Now all I am getting is automated replies. I'm not the only customer complaining about this. The boxers I received were NOT the boxers photographed and shown as the product they were selling. I received briefs when the photo shows a man wearing longer length boxers.

Total scam merchants. Took over three weeks to deliver my order, sent the wrong size and now will not respond to E Mails requesting refund. The quality of the garment is also extremely poor - thin, flimsy material, and not the game-changing product they advertise.

Customer service immediately responded to my email and indicated that someone would be getting back to me with a resolution soon. However it's been a week and no further update. This should not be complicated, just send me the size I ordered. Great product but disappointed in the complaint response.

Don't waste your money with this company.
They seem to never be able to get anything right? I ordered 5 times from them. The first time the underwear came the second time they sent me a set. That was a triple xxx and then asked me for $12 more to send the correct size. Which never came, so I said, okay fine. I like the underwear. I'll order again. I ordered again. They sent me a set of triple xxx. And now I can't get anybody to respond to my emails or anything.I want my money back or my underwear. They are terrible with communication and the courier service that they use must be stealing people's underwear. Finally, after 6 months, they all seem to be coming apart in the butt. This is a huge waste of money. I should have stuck with hanes.

Ordered from them in June of 2025,I received a medium size,my normal size, and it very small.Contacted them about issue and they would send me a large size, asked me to pay for shipping $9 fee and no need to return the original order.Ive been battling their AI through emails and kept giving me the same response,"your order is being processed and will be shipped promptly."Need less to say never received any tracking on order and emailed them again and Boxhero kept giving me the same response.8 months later I've received no product much less any refund that I've continuously asked for.Boxhero is a scam, customer service sucks and their product is made in China. By the way, it took nearly 2 months to receive my original order.

Avoid this service at all costs!

This service is a complete scam! They take your money, then request the product back for a return and refuse to refund you. I would rate them with zero stars if I could. Back in August 2025, a customer support representative claimed she would send me a prepaid shipping label, which was promising since their website states 'FREE RETURNS.' However, she stopped replying to my emails. After a week, I called and was informed that only she could provide the return shipping label. Two months passed with no email responses, and no one answered the phone. In October, she finally said they don't offer prepaid return shipping labels. She claimed that 'FREE RETURNS' meant I could return the item without a fee, but they never issue prepaid labels, despite her earlier email offering one. After a month of frustration, I returned it at my own expense, ensuring I had tracking. It reached their warehouse on December 15, but they still won't process my refund because the warehouse hasn't confirmed the return. This service is a total scam. I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. You've been warned!

Received an incorrect size and no support

I ordered an item but was sent a size so small that even my grandchildren couldn't use it. I reached out multiple times via phone and email requesting a return and an exchange for the correct size. Unfortunately, there was no customer service assistance, just autogenerated email responses. After six months, I finally sent them a shipping payment and pleaded for the right size. They accepted my payment but did not provide a return or the correct order. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise against ordering this product!
