The team is very approachable and responsive. My inquiries were answered almost right away. There are areas for improvement, but overall it's quite satisfactory. I do find the monthly fee a bit higher compared to a storage unit I have elsewhere, which I can access freely and without needing an appointment. That said, I appreciate the full/partial return feature and the online planning tool. I will see how it goes when I want all my items returned, provided there are no damages or hidden fees.
