I'm saddened to give this service a one-star review. I regularly send parcels and receive orders without issue, but during the holidays, all local lockers were fully booked. I waited for several parcels, but when I chose a distant locker, my request for delivery to a closer location went unanswered. As someone with significant disabilities, I cannot travel far, and my attempts to communicate my situation yielded no response. I feel compelled to share my experience.
