Extremely disappointing courier service

This is by far the most frustrating courier service I've encountered. I attempted to reach their customer support for days, but received no response. I opted for a callback, yet nothing happened. The most ironic part is that when you call on a Saturday, their voicemail states they are open, only to be immediately disconnected. Truly disappointing.

The contents, solid ceramic pieces wrapped securely, should not have broken unless subjected to severe impact.
