I bought 2 tickets at £98 each for Richard II at the Bridge Theatre. I did not received any email confirmation of my booking or the tickets. However about a month later after carefully checking my email account, I was certain that I had not received any confirmation or tickets but the cost of the tickets had been charged to my bank account. After searching the Boxoffice website, I found an email address at which to contact them and give details of my order and complain that I had not been sent a confirmation. After reading a number of Trustpilot reviews from people who had paid for but not received tickets from Boxoffice, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Boxoffice with a confirmation email of my booking. The email states that the tickets will be emailed to me two days before the performance and if not I can show my confirmation and pick them up at the theatre on the day of the performance.
