It was so easy to book the appointment and the technician came the very next day. Wayne Tomlinson arrived promptly at the time he said he would and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. So grateful, as was struggling with small children and heating not working. Also Wayne was kind enough to give me a call the evening before the visit for some advice, which I really appreciated.
