Had a Worcester bosh boiler fitted on Monday 23rd of February we have had to ring Boxt emergency number today Sunday 1st march as boiler not working ,no heating or hot water and half of our electric not working.
Ringing their emergency number an absolute waste of time we have just received a email to say someone will contact us within 48 hrs. Shocking when we have a 18 month old baby in the house. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone
I had a boiler fitted by Boxt. The experience from start to finish was excellent. On the day of installation the boiler arrived early and the engineers Darren and Simon 15 mins later. They were so friendly, efficient and super skilled professionals. They involed me in any decisions that had to make and did a magnificent job, in under a day. The clean up was amazing, too and you wouldn't know they had been there.
I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them and Boxt to anyone.

Kept updated about the install process. Competitive price for install package. Good install engineer everything was explained and the system is working very well.
Our nest heat link was not working (no power) and I’ve contacted google to arrange a repair visit. Then I got a link to book an appointment with BOXT for the next day. Alex Rolfe came the next morning and fixed it within 20 mins. Alex was so friendly and professional and I’m really pleased that it got sorted so quickly. Thank you!
Our engineer was Mohammed Ali. He installed a radiator for us today.
He was brilliant. He arrived on time and was very friendly throughout the day. Very helpful and explained everything very clearly. He went above and beyond, completing the job despite our awkward roof. He cleaned up after himself. He fixed and bled all our radiators too.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I thought BOXT were a reputable company which is why I went with them, I REALLY wish I hadn’t. I had my install on 16th January, the engineer James was in my house for 12 hours fitting a combi boiler. I had a rewire in April, the engineer James pulled my new socket off the wall taking a huge chunk of plaster with it & put in a new socket, which is not safe as he put the cables into the top of the socket through a gap he had cut into the socket, so now the socket is not only not waterproof it is very dangerous. So now my new socket is wonky & dangerous, I have a big hole in the wall. I advised the engineer my carbon monoxide monitor was new, so I didn’t need a new new one however, he just yanked that off the wall & put a new one half on the frame of my door & half off, I told the engineer I was changing all my doors & frames so now I have to have it put elsewhere. I am still waiting on someone from BOXT coming out to fix the issue, I have had no apology from them either and they are very aware of the issues. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. If anyone wants photos of the damage I will happily oblige to send them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Had a new boiler fitted. The fitters (Robin) came when organised, were friendly and left the area tidy.
I received a call from Wing Lee to organise an earth loop test. What a genuinely nice chap Wing is. As I work full time he even gave up his Saturday morning to come and do the test. He even went through to boiler and how to set up the smart thermostat for me as I was struggling to get it set right.
I have to say what an absolute pleasure it was welcoming Wing Lee into my home this morning.
I've trusted them to Next day installation but the first appearance the installer refused because the attic hadn't been cleared (when I had admitted that beforehand), and now, 2 working days later, he refused because he claimed there are animal smells (which we can't smell nor possible reasons, can't see!). I'm seriously cross and disgusted, Don't use this firm!
